Bij S.C.H.I.E.T. streven we naar een cultuur waarin iedereen zich veilig voelt. Om dit te bevorderen, hebben we een vertrouwenscontactpersoon (VCP) als aanspreekpunt voor sociale veiligheid binnen de vereniging. Debbie, onze VCP, ondersteunt een melder van grensoverschrijdend gedrag met het vinden van een oplossing. Daarnaast ondersteunt zij het bestuur bij voorkoming van grensoverschrijdend gedrag. De VCP is neutraal en onafhankelijk van het bestuur en je contact met haar is vertrouwelijk.

Debbie, our confidant, supports anyone who reports inappropriate behavior in finding a solution. She also supports the board in preventing inappropriate behavior. The CPO is neutral and independent of the board, and your contact with her is confidential.
